"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. "Had carpet removed and replaced with hardwood floor in bedroom and had tile floor laid in kitchen. Both floors are beautiful. Initial visit was on time as promised and I received good advice about floor choices. Installation of both floors was completed in one day. Installers moved furniture, and in bedroom, put felt pads on the furniture legs to protect the new floor. Very happy with this company, highly recommended."

"This company is horrible. They came twice and the floor looks like kids did it. The shoe molding is about quarter inch off the ground leaving a got between the floor and the shoe molding. They line the same piece of alternating pieces in one straight line down the room. It seems they did not follow the manufacturer instructions of leveling out the floor so the floor is very flimsy. The Trucor luxury vinyl planks they use are horrible quality. I will never use this company again and suggest stearing clear "
