"My Kitchen and bath had exceeded my expectations with regards to quality, price , and timeliness of my kitchen project . The PM estimated 2 and half weeks to 3 weeks but it was done in 2 weeks, just before Christmas ! The staff was very friendly and attentive . They listened and understood what I wanted for my dream kitchen . Duncan, presented me with options for my kitchen to meet my budget . Although ,I chose the latter which was to have my dream kitchen and decide not to bend on that. Sam was thorough with all the final walk through and made sure I was happy before leaving my house. Attention to detail was what I appreciated most with the whole process . I felt safe in the sense where my kitchen would not be left unfinished midway . I recommend this company to anyone who is renovating !"

"Very kind and competent. Happy to give my money to a family business instead of one of the plumbing giants. As far as pricing, I had a utility sink faucet and drain replaced, and two shut-off valves and a hose bib installed, and was charged $2,500."

"All work was completed in a professional manner from initial planning through all phases of construction. The job site was maintained as expected. AES worked with us on a few small changes we requested along the way as well. I felt very comfortable with all the craftsperson’s at work in our home. There was great communication with AES throughout the job. I would use their services in the future."

"Tried to schedule a routine maintenance appointment available to customers who signed up for service plans, but Len could not follow through with their commitment three failed/rescheduled appointments in a row!! Each required four hour commitments from the customer. I tried to communicate with dispatch and customer service but unfortunately I don’t think these two departments have an open line of communication between them. I would not recommend for anyone to work with or engage with this company. Len did not follow through on their half of the commitment and disrespected my time as an in office working professional."

"The Tile Center did an incredible job with my bathroom remodel. I attended a complimentary seminar on remodeling that was given by Tushar Irani. He did such a thorough presentation that I decided to meet with him to see what would be involved in remodeling my bathroom. He was a complete professional during the design process and provided assistance and guidance as needed but let me lead the planning based on my needs and style. I got a competitive quote and the pricing was similar but Tushar put in the time and really helped me understand everything about their process. The other company was more vague. The seminar was an excellent tool that assisted in this process as well. They completed the job at the agreed price and in a timely manner. All of the workers were respectful of my home, time and were excellent communicating next steps. I am in love with my new bathroom and would highly recommend Tushar and his team for your next project."

"Our place had good bones but didn’t work for our daily life. Every room felt cut off from the next. Ben and Teddy from Top Remodeling sat with us and came up with a better layout without changing the size of the home. They moved the hallway, opened the living area, and added a custom touch in almost every room. They rebuilt the inside from the studs and used solid-core doors and clean finishes. We went with soft white walls, bronze handles, and natural maple cabinets. Now, it all feels open and calm. Every room has a purpose."

"DMV were the contractors for a series of renovation projects in my home -- renovate a powder room, complete renovation of the kitchen, renovate a closet space, install a skylight, repaint several rooms and the staircase, and refinish the floors upstairs. Javier offered many helpful suggestions for tiling, fixtures, and colors. "Extremely disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their guarantees. Did install shower in one day. Was not provided with the shower head I ordered. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."
