"The guys who replaced the valve were very nice to work with, and the job appears well done. They responded very quickly to my request, which was great! Originally quoted $400 for 1.5 hour job, which seems excessive, but it’s getting harder to find reasonable prices these days, so maybe that’s ok for some people. There is a nut on the valve that came loose, and caused the leak, and I actually repaired it myself by tightening it back up. I am surprised that this was not offered as an initial solution. Although I fixed the valve myself in a few seconds, the valve was still extremely old, so the fellas offered to replace it for $300, which was still high in my opinion, but I really appreciated the willingness to compromise on price. In summary, I received excellent service, but personally unlikely to hire again due to high cost."

"Pleasant father and son team, with son taking the lead. They quoted a price to come out and assess, but did not charge for doing so, although we had call them the day of the appointment to remind them of the appointment. They made sure to mention in the initial phone call that they buy and sell houses as well. They came out and once we mentioned that we were soon selling our house, they were more concerned with telling us what repairs needed to be done in the entire house, than with focusing on the repair they were requested to assess. The estimate was for $1500-$8000, depending on if we just wanted the repair of the shower leak or the entire bathroom redone. There was an access panel, which they saw and pointed out at the visit, that could have been an option to use for the repair, but instead their estimate was for the route of repairing through the tiling in the bathroom. We went with a different plumber and got the shower repaired done for under $100."

This was a separate charge from the cleaning to have the serviceman cut a hole in my wall and replace the pipe. He was clean and professional. "This company was highly rated on Home Advisor. That is why I hired them. They sent a **junior** plumber to rework the pipes in the shower of a 60-year-old house. I also asked that a new faucet be installed in the lower-level bathroom. In the case of the bathroom repiping, a couple of mistakes were made according to the tile installer who had to ask for a correction. In the case of the lower bathroom faucet, I was told that because of the pedestal sink, a portion of the bathroom wall would have to be replaced. I certainly did not want that to occur to replace a faucet. Ultimately, this inexperienced plumber asked the main office to send another plumber to do the work and determine how to save the wall in the process. Day 2, a more experienced plumber came, changed the faucet without further adieu. The total cost of all of this far exceeded what I expected."
