"This company is horrible. They came twice and the floor looks like kids did it. The shoe molding is about quarter inch off the ground leaving a got between the floor and the shoe molding. They line the same piece of alternating pieces in one straight line down the room. It seems they did not follow the manufacturer instructions of leveling out the floor so the floor is very flimsy. The Trucor luxury vinyl planks they use are horrible quality. I will never use this company again and suggest stearing clear "

"Wow! Look at the hardwood flooring we had installed on 4-15-24 on the stairs and the whole second floor. It only took 2 days! The whole job cost $10,680 for hardwood upstairs the stairs to the first floor. We paid $2100 for high quality vinyl for the stairs going to the basement with the landing, plus tax. The lead man has been with his boss for exactly 20 years, since he was 16 years old. He did all of the stair work, beautifully. The second day he came alone and finished the job. We Love our new floors!"

"Pretty quick job, took about 3 days to install engineered hardwood floors in my basement. Some areas are separating a bit now, but I'll fill in those gaps with some filler. Cheaper than Empire and other company quotes. They ripped the previous carpeting out and hauled it away and did a good cleanup job. New stair flooring installed too. I'm quite happy with the work, minus the separation, but maybe that just happens when the floor settles?"
