"Outstanding!  Robert showed up on time (I received a 1/2-hour window of between 8:00 and 8:30am and he was right there at 8:15).  Nice to have such a narrow window and not have to wait all day or even a half a day.  Second, he was extremely professional and courteous.  We had cleared our coutertops so he could perform the work and the work was completed in less than an hour.  The countertops were ready to go and only indicated we would want to make sure we soak up any water spillage within a 24 hour period in order to allow the sealer to do its job.
Countertops looked fantastic upon finishing and this is something we will most certainly do on an annual basis if not bi-annual basis, depending on conditions.

He was realistic in terms of stains on my Thassos marble floors and white marble countertop in the one bathroom and carrera marble counter top in another bathrooms. He gave me a great price and for just a little extra offered to clean the downstairs marble ebtry and travertine throughout the kitchen. I agreed. I was competely impressed with the outcome. I must say I never in 100 years expected my white countertops to be 100% white again! The floors were beautiful, like new. A few tiny stains you could hardly see were there, that is all! Not bad for white marble that was 20 years old! My downstairs entry marble was shiny as new as waas the travertine. The grout looked as clean as the day it was put in! The crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard. I will definitely be calling them again!"

He was very concerned about the amount of enclosure our plumber wanted to remove to repair a leaking valve so before work even began he made a point to be here to work with our plumber to ensure the best possible refinish. He was prompt for every day he was here to work. He was exceptionally clean and paid very close attention to detail. His work was outstanding and we would have him back again for any other refinishing work. He was able to match the texture and pattern in the original enclosure exactly. Under difficult circumstances due to my condo buildings strict rules Enner managed to get my job done under that had a tight deadline as I wanted the work done before I moved in to my condo. He picked up the tile I had purchased from the store and set to work removing the carpet and installing the tile in my bedrooms and closets. Because my condo is in an older building we discovered that the floor was far from flat. The guys made sure to level my floor whilst laying the tile. They cleaned up well after themselves. I have white carpet and they didn't get any of my carpet dirty. I have camera in my home and they were not snooping around, they did their job. The person that gave me the free estimate that was the same person that did the job, there was no middle man. The material and the job they did is guaranteed. And the material looked exactly the same as the samples he showed me. He is licensed and bonded, I did my research and he has a good reputation. I have recommended him to other businesses and family members and they've expressed positive feedback from him as well. He added granite to my fireplace and did my whole kitchen with the cabinets and the sink. His specialty are the countertops.
