"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. He was realistic in terms of stains on my Thassos marble floors and white marble countertop in the one bathroom and carrera marble counter top in another bathrooms. He gave me a great price and for just a little extra offered to clean the downstairs marble ebtry and travertine throughout the kitchen. I agreed. I was competely impressed with the outcome. I must say I never in 100 years expected my white countertops to be 100% white again! The floors were beautiful, like new. A few tiny stains you could hardly see were there, that is all! Not bad for white marble that was 20 years old! My downstairs entry marble was shiny as new as waas the travertine. The grout looked as clean as the day it was put in! The crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard. I will definitely be calling them again!"

He was very concerned about the amount of enclosure our plumber wanted to remove to repair a leaking valve so before work even began he made a point to be here to work with our plumber to ensure the best possible refinish. He was prompt for every day he was here to work. He was exceptionally clean and paid very close attention to detail. His work was outstanding and we would have him back again for any other refinishing work. He was able to match the texture and pattern in the original enclosure exactly. Under difficult circumstances due to my condo buildings strict rules Enner managed to get my job done under that had a tight deadline as I wanted the work done before I moved in to my condo. He picked up the tile I had purchased from the store and set to work removing the carpet and installing the tile in my bedrooms and closets. Because my condo is in an older building we discovered that the floor was far from flat. The guys made sure to level my floor whilst laying the tile. Enner and his guys were conscientious, hard workers and kept everything neat and clean. "My experience with them was good - Barbara was a very friendly customer service agent, and I was actually going to use another company before I talked to her. She swayed me to BNS.
The installation went well - they showed up on time, and my granite looks AMAZING! Truly. My kitchen was oddly-shaped, and they made everything look great even with the oddball measurements.
The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is because once they left, I did notice some of my plumbing parts were broken, some sealer gunk was stuck in my carpet, and they took my old sink with parts attached that I had to re-purchase. When contacted the company, they were very responsive, and even wrote me a check for the parts I had to buy. I did appreciate that.
Overall, I thought they were a good company, and I would use them again."
