"Eran came on time gave me a reasonable price proposal and even offered to fix the crack in my marble counter in my master bath at no additional charge when I mentoined it needed some help at the end of our conversation! On the day, he and his crew arrived on time and were careful when they moved a my dining table and other furniture items. Eran stayed with his team and the job went smoothly and in fact they finished a couple of hours early. I lhad to leave before they had finished, and when I returned they were gone,  all the furniture was placed back in tis original locations, everything was cleaned of any dust. The floors and grouting were all perfect and looked great. I will def use this company again. Highly recommend!

"Paul Chestnut was our contractor and was awesome from start to finish. He was very concerned about the amount of enclosure our plumber wanted to remove to repair a leaking valve so before work even began he made a point to be here to work with our plumber to ensure the best possible refinish. "Outstanding!  Robert showed up on time (I received a 1/2-hour window of between 8:00 and 8:30am and he was right there at 8:15).  Nice to have such a narrow window and not have to wait all day or even a half a day.  Second, he was extremely professional and courteous.  We had cleared our coutertops so he could perform the work and the work was completed in less than an hour.  The countertops were ready to go and only indicated we would want to make sure we soak up any water spillage within a 24 hour period in order to allow the sealer to do its job.
Countertops looked fantastic upon finishing and this is something we will most certainly do on an annual basis if not bi-annual basis, depending on conditions.

In the showroom, Andre was extremely knowledgeable and quite patient as we pondered each color and texture.  The carpet that we chose with his assistance is quite handsome, coordinates with the rest of the décor and is durable enough to withstand the traffic on the stairs.  Eli came to the house to measure the rooms.  He was very professional and also obviously quite an expert.  The layout of the blueprint that he provided to the installers resulted in a beautifully seamless finish.  Melquiades and Floencio did an outstanding job of installing the carpet.  I had no idea that the stretching of carpet is so incredibly physical and exacting.  Every person was polite and willing to answer all our questions.  They all treated our home and us with respect.  I

One week after installation, we had water overflow extensively in one of our bathrooms, onto the landing and into our new carpet.  Although we chose to use a very fine contractor who has a subcontractor to cover carpet, we chose to have Felikian's handle the removal and replacement of the affected carpet.  Again, they were prompt, efficient and professional in their response.
