"Excellent work on our bathroom remodel. They were efficient, skilled workers and stayed until the job was completely done."

"Migel and his team were very professional, clean, timely and respectful. He remodeled a kitchen and then a bathroom for me and the end product was completed with excellent craftsmanship. I would rehire Migel for my next home improvement."

"The carpenter that did the job (Adam) was amazing. He had to expand the space for one window, narrow the space for another, and repair much cedar siding that had rotted away due to water damage. He also reshaped my patio door so it would close and lock more easily. He is a very talented carpenter and I have no qualms about highly recommending him."

"Repair went well. Technician arrived on time and was working all day to re point the chimney and re line it. He even repainted where paint had flaked off accessing the chimney to re-line."

"Jeff White might be the best contractor that I have ever hired. I had hired another contractor to install a sliding glass door - and after several postponements lasting a month - the prior contractor stopped returning my calls and e-mails. It was frustrating as the door was sitting in boxes in my garage and I was back to square one. I found Jeff through Home Advisor (first time I used this service) and he called me back within minutes of my contacting him. When I decided that I wanted him to come over to give an estimate - he showed up the same day to look at the job. He then had the written estimate and certificate of insurance to me within days. Terry, his assistant, also contacted me making sure I had received the contract. His crew installed the door shortly thereafter. In addition, they also replace the wood trim work and painted it. There was a small glitch with re-installing the alarm and he promptly fixed it. They cleaned up the work area and got rid of the old door and all the boxes from the new door. Although he had a crew of two men do the actual installation , Jeff showed up both days that they were here to get them started and to answer any of my questions. The door looks great - and it is so much better leading to the deck than sitting in my garage! So happy I found him and will use him again."

"Juliano was very responsive and receptive of ideas I had for the project. The work done turned out the way I wanted and was able to do it within my price range. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the cleanup afterwards. There was more saw dust leftover than I anticipated. Regardless, I would recommend and would hire again for further projects."

"They did a good job. They were professional and they were able to get the work done. We were happy with the renovation of my bathroom. The workers damage my hallway floor, however, they were able to fixed it. I would recommend them to others."

"I highly recommend Fine Construction Services. Ciaran and his team are detail oriented and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working together again!"

"Misha and his team have done a couple of projects (garage framing due to wood rot and fixing the deck connection to the house) for us so far, and we are very happy with his work. We already have him scheduled for our deck repair job in a couple of weeks and have no doubts he and his team will do a great job there too. We definitely plan on using him for future carpentry projects. UPDATE: The deck repair went great and we just used Misha and his team again for the interior painting of our home as well as some carpentry and handyman projects. Very happy with the work, and he is now our guy."

"We knew that we would need someone to run an underground wire for us from the garage to our pool deck once it was finished so we purchased the big deal in June knowing it wouldn't expire until the end of November. When we were ready for them, Hurricane Sandy struck and they were too busy for our job (understandable). I was told to call a couple of weeks later. When I called a couple of weeks later, they were still too busy and told us to give them another month and to not worry about the expiration date. While understandable, we didn't get it done before the ground froze and is now covered with snow. I doubt I'll call back in the spring.
