"Frank Tedeschi and his men did an amazing job. The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."

"Install went great. We love our new door. The installers took the time to do it right. They removed the original door without making a big mess or just "banging it out" it was removed smartly to not damage anything that was supposed to remain. They then assessed what they had to work with and built up where needed to make the install of the new door as secure as possible. The new door went in smoothly and looks fantastic. Al throughout the install they would answer any question I had or my children had. They also took care to make sure the alarm wires and doorbell cam were protected from harm during the install and that they worked as expected when done. Although they were pricier than the average I am convinced our new door will outlast us in this home. I would recommend them and will use them again."

"he came to apptmnt on time, but then never called or sent estimate as he said he would a few days later. also, he gave a rough idea of his price when he had the appointment and they seemed much higher than my other estimates for the same job."

"Didn't go so well. The demo crew showed up when they were suppose to but rather than just evaluate the ceiling and replace/repair what was necessary to do the 2 men, who were not extremely fluent in English, started demo on the entire ceiling. When the supervisor arrived much later in the afternoon he nearly flipped his wig because apparently they were specifically told to only remove what was necessary ~ as I don't speak any Spanish I didn't have any way to communicate with them as they did the work. The work order sheet I had in my hand stated clearly, "demo ceiling". After tearing down the ceiling and 2 walls, they said to me, "you'll have to use your other bathroom." What other bathroom? I have only 1! What was suppose to be a 3 day job turned into a 3 week nightmare as I was unable to take more time off of work and they were limited to the hours I could be there. The mess was unbelievable and beyond anything you might have planned for. While Greenwich Handyman did do their best after the fact they were hard to reach and had nothing more to say other than something like, "wow, we should have paid more attention to make sure he understood what to do." I really do have to say that they worked hard to make it right after the disaster of the start but ultimately no, I can't recommend them without reservation. The crews they sent in after the demo crew were all wonderful.

"They lied about what they were going to do. We signed a contract. We read it. Steven took the contract a away to get a copy after we sign and he promises to return it that day. He did not. They were to do a stone wall, fence & a complete driveway. I gave them two payment. Last payment were due when finish. Frank did come back and finish the fence and the wall. I had to get someone else to do the driveway. They never finish. We could not get in touch with either party the company is a u-haul comp .this company does not have a crew ,different people with no experience of the job. In spite of the experience we had I would recommend you work strictly with Frank, the owner. I was very happy with Frank and Joe, the crew member."
