His communication was excellent - always keeping me informed of his progress and any decisions that I needed to make. He kept the worksite neat and tidy during the renovation and minimal disruption to our daily lives. The finished porch looks brand new and the workmanship is outstanding. "I discovered Rick's Handyman by posting on Nextdoor Neighborhood website looking some someone to clean gutters. He responded and cam out the same day to give us an estimate. We ended up using him to not only clean our very clogged home gutters but also to power-wash/clean our patio which had very dirty dark pavers with algae/moss growing on and in between the stones. He did both jobs extremely well. Everything now looks great out back and our gutters worked properly in recent heavy rain. Rick is a nice guy to do business with, did great work for us, was reliable, and charged us a fair price for his services. We are likely to reach out to him for miscellaneous other handyman jobs we need done! Thanks."

"Jose is a great guy. However, his crew rushed through my home and missed a lot of drywall repairs that we discussed ahead of the painting. I wound up touching them up myself. I also asked Jose to have his crew remove any outlet and switch covers before painting. Some they did and some they didn't. Again, while replacing covers, I needed to touch up their paint work. After spending several thousands of dollars, I don't want to be bothered with going back over the contractor's work."
