Brian looked closer and said half the roofline needed to be cut out. Instead of just replacing the bad siding, Brian cut out a line across the entire edge so that it would look uniform. He fixed and replaced the flashing and covered it with plastic wood. He recommended this for aesthetics and to help prevent any further degradation. Adding an additional unforeseen cost, we feel that the cost was competitive and fair for the amount of time, material and attention to detail."

At the end of the project, the entire team cleaned our property perfectly, with great detail and it looked like no one was even here. Our house looked absolutely AMAZING when they were finished!!! We couldn't be happier. And finally, 2 days later, their final step is to send someone to do one last fine-tooth clean up just to be 100% sure everything they could find, such as one remaining nail or piece of paper was removed and thrown away. "Our home is a contemporary with vertical cedar siding. Prior to painting the exterior of our home, the siding needed to be power washed and some minor carpentry repairs to the siding were necessary. Joe, the owner of J. Corrigan came out, explained the process that would be followed, and gave us a reasonable quote. His crew was extremely polite, efficient, and respectful. They spent a lot of time on prep work, which is very important, and we were generally very happy with the paint job with some minor issues. Joe showed up at the job site every day to check on its progress. Although he personally did not inspect the work that had been performed, and it was up to us to point out any concerns we had, Joe was very responsive to any issues that we saw as the work progressed. Over all, they did an excellent job and we have recommended them."

The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "I would highly recommend SJM roofers. Shaun responded quickly to an emergency call about a leak in my roof. He repaired it but noticed that my roof was in bad shape overall. He showed me pictures and clearly discussed my options. I chose to have him replace my roof. While stripping the shingles, Shaun and crew noticed a major structural problem over a large section. The plywood, rafters and insulation were rotten and there was black mold. Shaun and crew were able to do this major repair immediately and my roof was completed the same day. The clean up was very thorough. Shaun even came back the next day to check the area in the daylight. My roof looks amazing and my house is safe from mold and leaks. Shaun kept me updated with every step and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the project.
