He fixed and replaced the flashing and covered it with plastic wood. He recommended this for aesthetics and to help prevent any further degradation. Adding an additional unforeseen cost, we feel that the cost was competitive and fair for the amount of time, material and attention to detail."

Joe, the owner of J. Corrigan came out, explained the process that would be followed, and gave us a reasonable quote. His crew was extremely polite, efficient, and respectful. They spent a lot of time on prep work, which is very important, and we were generally very happy with the paint job with some minor issues. Joe showed up at the job site every day to check on its progress. I was able to view the different color and style options between Owens and Certainteed asphalt shingles. Selected my color and shingle. I did my own research and went with the Certainteed Landmark in Resawn Shake color. They showed up at 7:30 AM and proceeded to wrap my house in a Gray Fabric Tarp to protect it from Falling Shingle , Nail and Plywood Removal Debris. Antonio placed copper flashing around my chimney and replaced my vinyl siding back in place along with recaulking my chimney flue cap to protect against rain and water damage. No hidden cost at the end of the job. We were in constant communication throughout the whole process including the Plywood cost per sheet installed. 10 Year Warranty on his Labor against any Leaks was also an Added Benefit.
