"I needed service on my refrigerator/freezer on a Saturday over Labor Day weekend. He got right back to me after I made the contact on home advisor and said be there before noon and he was there well before noon. ( One of the other repair companies I contacted said the soonest they could get there was a week and they would charge almost double what Chris charges to evaluate the problem.) Based on the problems I was having, I expected a very significant repair bill and the possibly of replacing the entire unit. He took one look at the unit and told me all I needed to do was allowed it to defrost for 24 hours and it would be fine. And he was right! He could have taken advantage of my ignorance but he did not. I will definitely call him for future appliance repair needs!!"
