"I discovered Rick's Handyman by posting on Nextdoor Neighborhood website looking some someone to clean gutters. He responded and cam out the same day to give us an estimate. We ended up using him to not only clean our very clogged home gutters but also to power-wash/clean our patio which had very dirty dark pavers with algae/moss growing on and in between the stones. He did both jobs extremely well. Everything now looks great out back and our gutters worked properly in recent heavy rain. Rick is a nice guy to do business with, did great work for us, was reliable, and charged us a fair price for his services. We are likely to reach out to him for miscellaneous other handyman jobs we need done! Thanks."

"Jose is a great guy. However, his crew rushed through my home and missed a lot of drywall repairs that we discussed ahead of the painting. I wound up touching them up myself. I also asked Jose to have his crew remove any outlet and switch covers before painting. Some they did and some they didn't. Again, while replacing covers, I needed to touch up their paint work. After spending several thousands of dollars, I don't want to be bothered with going back over the contractor's work."

"Tom from TAF was first to respond from the contractors you suggested. Came and inspected area the next week and emailed me proposal next day. More detailed work than I expected but work nevertheless needed done. Price very reasonable and hope to reach out again if/when I can fit into budget."

Steve was very responsive to my inquiry and understood my concern about the plants that surround the house. I live in a house with mature plantings and other companies have damaged the plants with the cleaning solution and the power of the pressure washer. Steve assured me he would rinse off all washing solution from the plants and they would not be damaged. I was not home when they started but was there for the majority of the work and Steve and his associate were careful  of the plants and did wash off all solution---the plants are fine with no chemical scald at all. Another thing Steve did was scrub the aluminum (and there is a lot) and got it clean. Other providers said that they would charge more if they had to scrub the aluminum. Steve's price was lower than other estimates and I was extremely happy with him, his company and the quality of the work. I have and will continue to recommend him to neighbors and family.

"I had purchased a deal on Angie's list last fall but early winter got in the way of window cleaning. I called John this spring and he was here the following week.  The windows sparkle. I did not put the screens back on because I wanted to fully appreciate the clean windows for a few days. John is friendly, professional and efficient. "These guys were great. Ian and his crew came and did all the work for the price promised and they worked hard all day. They started early, finished early and got everything I wanted done without any extra added hidden costs or up-sells. It's too bad that the review system doesn't allow me to list more than one type of job. They fixed the limestone caps of my retaining walls, taking the time to grind off the old cement before using fresh concrete to affix them properly. They did break a limestone section by accident (it was old, and also heavy), but they took responsibility and replaced it with a new one that is indistinguishable from the old one at no cost to me. So from my perspective, it still looks perfect and lets me know they are honest and stand by their work. They also did a lot of other work - they painted my boiler room, power washed all my outdoor drains and driveway, repaired and sealed cracks in my stucco, fixed my fence and repaired a couple damaged areas in my gutters. They were a one stop shop and did everything great, sending me videos and photos of the fixes. With my stucco, Ian said he told me off the bat that he wasn't sure he could make the fix look good, but then wound up making it look as good as new. I liked these guys a lot. I could see they worked hard and would definitely recommend them and use them again."
