"Key Air Duct Repair LLC came and gave me a quote. He said I have a leak under the house that needs repair before he can do the duct work He said he would get that taken care of. I gave him a check for half, he left. I received a text in the afternoon that he couldn't start the work until after the check cleared next Thurs. Since I am not a plumber or HIM, this is NOT good. Please advise."

The 30+ year old insulation was removed, everything was properly sealed up, ducts were properly hung, and the new insulation was installed. Afterwards, the work area (inside and out) was cleaned up.
