"The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

"My repair went really well. I started out with the garbage disposal malfunctioning and while running the dishwasher I discovered that the dishwasher was leaking also. To top it off I found that my pipe under the sink had burst and water was everywhere, even leaking through the ceiling below!!! Michael came to my home to look at the job and advised me that he'd come to do my repair the next day. I was surprised to find that the repair he did with the pipes under my kitchen sink actually gave me more space for under sink storage!! He was friendly and professional. Jay kept his word on the warranty and returned to replace a plastic pipe that came with my new sink with a better metal pipe too at no charge. "We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"Rob and his crew were excellent. We were referred to Rob from some friends of ours. We hired him because we had seen his work from our friend's kitchen so we felt comfortable with the quality of the work. We hired Rob to fully remodel 2 bathrooms in a home we recently purchased. The bathrooms were extremely outdated so both of them were gut jobs down to the sub-floor and framing. 1st Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New electrical was done to re-position lights. A new bathtub and surround was installed. A new toilet was installed, as well as new vanity along with new floor tile, drywall, and painting. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. 2nd Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New tiled shower surround, new toile, and new vanity were installed. All drywall was replaced and painting was done. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. My favorite part about Rob is his attention to detail and interest in the quality of his work. If a paint line wasn't straight enough the first time, he would re-do it. He even used a small paint brush for models to touch up one area to get it just right! We has recently had all our floors refinished, and Rob took the time to cut and install RamBoard on all flooring to make sure there was no damage. When there were surprises that came up (as there is with ANY job like this) Rob didn't get dramatic and act like it was the end of the world, he would get the part and fix it and explain to us what needed to be done. I really appreciated his professionalism and quality work. We will definitely use Rob again when we do future remodel jobs."
