"From the reviews on Angie's List, this provider seemed to be quality, but hard to schedule due to his busy schedule.  My job was small, but I caught him between bigger jobs and the timing worked out perfectly. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Ted is very professional and on-time.  He came by the house to assess the job and we agreed on a tentative time to complete the job and cost.  He said it would take less than 90 minutes to complete. I told him I have allergies and asked if he could contain the dust when breaking up the tile as best as possible and he said no problem.  I was very concerned about matching the grout.  We considered several samples and made a selection.  I am very specific about what I want and like, but in this case I know it is difficult to match <em>exactly</em> the grout, especially with 18 year old grout surrounding the remaining tiles. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />He called and confirmed the time and when he was on the way called again to let me know his ETA.
