"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"In my opinion and I received no compensation for saying this. It is what I truly believe. Sunray Roofing is the best roofers I have ever dealt with. My roof was in worse shape than I realized and they made all the repairs without out complaining or grumbling. They completed the work in a day and a half and boy did they work. They started their day at 6:30am and didn't stop until dark (I think sundown was around 7:30 or 8pm). On day two they finished around 10am they all 4 guys started putting away their equipment and when that was done I figured they would leave but no they started cleaning up my yard. The guys didn't leave one spec of anything they had used like nails, pieces of scrap wood, pieces of scrap shingle and etc. When they left my yard was absolutely spotless. I don't know how to brag on Sunray Roofing more but they are the best. If you need your roof replaced and you want a really professional job the you should call Sunray Roofing and talk to Taylor or Kyle before you talk to anyone else. "After having R & M replace my roof in June of 2009 I came home to find some shingles missing from my roof after the latest wind storm. I contacted them at 5:40p.m. on Friday 3/14/14. Not only did they call call me back immediately  they sent someone out that night to tarp my roof to prevent further damage. They explained to me that they expected it to be covered under the manufacturers warranty and that they would get back to me after looking at the damage.
On 3/18/14 I can home and noticed the tarp was gone and my shingles had been replaced. I immediately called R&M to find that there was indeed no charge for this service as it was indeed covered under the shingle manufacturer's warranty.
I feel like I should mention again: I had not spoken to this company for over 5 years!

"Mr. Scott was friendly, punctual, and eager for our business.  His price quote was 25% less than any of the other three bids we obtained.  However, as we learned more about the roofing process, we learned that his bid did not provide for the quality of work we were seeking.  He did not plan to replace all the roofing paper nor include an ice edge.  These were items that would not have been noticable in the short term but could have caused issues over time. "
