"I believe everything went great. Initial communications were a bit sketchy but all went well in the end. When is the last time you were quoted a price and after the job was done, the technician said the job went easier than expected and lowered the price...by a third? Plus, Ronnie (I guess he's one of the owners) happened to notice a problem when they were already packed up and ready to leave (it was a window that an "apprentice" (at least someone that had only been with the company a couple of months) had worked on, promptly unpacked everything and redid the window. If you don't absolutely need new windows, I would recommend letting this company at least give an estimate. All my windows are working great and the cost for doing all the windows in the condo was about $3,000 less than the cost of replacing only five windows, my original plan. Recommend them highly!"

"I highly recommend SPU. We used them for roofing. The owner is great to work with, he always answered my phone call when I called and showed up when he said he would show up. He came out to do a quote on Wednesday, materials were delivered that Friday and the roof was done by that Sunday afternoon. "Bob Wilson of Wilson Installations is AMAZING!  He talked me through the entire process, including sitting down with me and helping me properly fill out all the paperwork for the bank and walking me through the claim process with State Farm.  He was there when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof and educated me about the entire process.  He is WONDERFUL and I would recommend his services to anyone!  He is very professional, caring and the work on my home is superb!  
My home looks incredible and he is a joy to work with!  The roofers were in and out in one day and the gutters were replaced two days later.  He also helped me match the gutter color to my siding.  I also have 2 dogs and a foster dog and I was worried that there may be nails left over from the roofers that could hurt their paws and mentioned this concern to him.  I have not found one single nail or anything!  My dogs are safe and the installers cleaned up very well after themselves.  I could not be happier with the services. He also was lenient with me and the checks coming from the insurance company for complete payment of his services.   All in all, his company, professionalism, willingness to go above and beyond, and services for installation and product were superb!  I highly recommend Wilson Installations!

"The crew of about 6 men arrived on time and started working around 9 am.   One particular member of the crew was very careless 
and could have caused an injury accident when he dropped an electric circular saw from the top of the roof to my stoop.  I was 3 feet away from where it landed and another crew member was 2 feet away from its path as it dropped.  Here are other problems I encountered during the job and afterward:
1- Job site especially the stoop was not covered which caused asphalt residues to stick to stoop.  I had to clean and  resurface the stoop afterward at $400 cost.
2- There were several asphalt residues on the exterior walls which I had to clean and repaint.
3- The crew broke our electric meter cover and placed it on top of the metal box and didn't inform me of the accident.  I discovered the problem several days later when I was inspecting the house during a rainy day.  Not letting me know of the accident is particularly irresponsible since the main electric cable and the meter were exposed to rain for 12 hours before I discovered it.  I had to call the electric company for a repair and they had to replace the meter.
