Although a bit higher than some, we felt comfortable with his professionalism, honesty, the layout of his timeline and budget and fingers crossed, we would get what we paid for. Everything was on time and on budget. We also wanted a contractor that would give us their honest opinions on fixtures, colors, ideas as well and he did just that. He picked our paint color, our barn door (our original plan fell thru and he actually had a perfect one for us in storage) and helped us with fixtures among other things.
