They also built a small balcony on the back of my house and when there wasn't any railing that would look good they built it themselves. "I have to say from the first time I met Alex I knew he was going to get my business. He was the only professional and friendly contractor that respected my home enough to take off his shoes upon entering. We sat down and went over the bathroom renovation project in detail and he stated he would get me an estimate in a couple days. The estimate came and I was very pleased. It had everything we discussed, but I reached out to Alex with questions. He promptly got back and answered all of them, which put my mind at ease. One of the major questions was am able to buy my own items/materials. He agreed and adjusted the estimate pricing accordingly. I signed the contract and begin buying my dream bathroom items.
    When it came closer to my project date, Alex brought the team over to my house to meet me and view the bathroom. We agreed on a time and the morning of the project they were there bright and early. The demo started and I began my journey to my dream bathroom. Everyday during the project, Alex communicated with me whether it was on site, phone call, and/or email. He made sure to tell all of his team members to remove their shoes when entering my house. At the end of the day the team would clean up and put their tools away. Due to unforeseen circumstances the project took longer than estimated time but it was definitely worth it. The team was very devoted and worked 14 hour days including weekends and a holiday to try to get back on schedule. This company definitely lived up to it's name "24/7 Remodeling". Alex and the team let me know of any issues encountered, so I always knew what was going on and could make the appropriate decisions. He handled every minor detail down to the finish of the vanity sink drain. Alex went above and beyond with clean up once the project was complete.
    I have heard many horror contractor stories but I can honestly say this was a pleasant experience. The work looks great and comes with a one year warranty. I would highly recommend 24/7 Remodeling for any renovation project for the home. I have really enjoyed working with Alex and the team and hope to have them work on my half bathroom in the very near future.

it was a difficult job due to the large tree being hollowed out pretty severely. after consultation amongst workers a plan was devised to take the tree down as a whole. they worked the roping and chains to make sure it fell into the woods and thus not causing any damage to my property. They pulled it off beautifully.

John has done work for me for many years. I have always found him to be very professional and thorough in his work. I would recommend his company for all your lawn and tree care needs.

"Chad was a bit slow on the response initially, but with all the snow we had, it was understandable, just a bit of a hiccup at the beginning.  Once he got started, he worked some long days getting all the misc things completed.  Even made several trips back to the box store for items I picked up but were wrong.  I added a couple of things to his list after he started and he worked them in without a problem.
Next phase will be a bigger bite but waiting until the weather warms up as the house will be open during that time.  I will continue to use Chad a lot going forward."

"Mr. Ferree arrived on schedule, had the necessary parts, saw immediately what needed to be done, completed the job in a workmanlike manner, and showed me how to use the new "sharkbite" fittings he installed--they are different than those in the rest of my house. I would not hesitate to call him again for plumbing repairs.
The only negative involved communication in advance. Apparently he was ill for a few weeks, but I was unable to get a reply for some time after I purchased the special offer. In future I will expect better communication.
