"1. punctual on estimate appointment 2. three estimates were solicited all were equivalent service for product two allowed for Owens Corning or GAF and were certified as was On Top 3. The date proposed was mid October but the actual work was much sooner (low slope roof) and completed in several hours The roof has now gone through several seasons without issue. I recommended them to a friend of my wife"

"They did an awesome job! The roof looks GREAT! Plus the people are very professional and friendly. There will be no other company doing my projects but BBS General Construction Inc. from now on!"

"They fixed my old gutter and installed new ones, they did a great job"

"Fredy and Andrea at Global Roofing combine to provide excellent customer service with high quality installation. From quote to complete the entire process was smooth. We were looking at metal roofing first and learned quickly that these folks know a lot about the options, potential issues and installation. Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. We were very impressed with Global and definitely recommend them for your roofing project."

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."

"Great job. I thought I needed to replace my deck--the wood looked moldy and pitted. But, after Nathan finished, it looked fantastic. A coat of stain should be all I need now. Before washing the roof, Nathan took photos of it and alerted me to potential issues I might see in a few years--he's not selling roofing replacement so this was strictly a friendly heads up. I hired A1 because they perform low power roof washing, which avoids any potential damage to the tiles. I would recommend A1 without any hesitation."

"It went wonderful. Any time we call him he comes right over. He is good to his customers. They stripped and cleaned the roof. They are very careful around kids."

"I had water leaking into my living room Saturday night. I called Howard Sunday. He came by my house on Monday to access the situation. Him and his crew came to my house on Tuesday at 7:05 AM and didn't stop working until 4:30 PM. Wednesday it was rainy and windy. NO WATER LEAKING in my living room. Howard and his crew did a great job. They were very professional. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean up as was the case with my last roofing contractor. I gave Howard's contact information to two of my closest friends that need roof repair."

"The deck at a recently purchased condominium looked so bad I thought is probably needed replacing. Hector and crew did an incredible job and when they were finished it look like it was new. Punctual, professional an A all around"

"I first met Rick during the 2017 March blizzard. It couldn't stop him, even with no one else on the roads, from coming to my house and giving me an amazing consultation on doing all the interior painting in my 1910 house filled with horsehair plaster and mystery holes (a total of 9 rooms: living, dining, kitchen, 1/2 bath, stairwell/upper hall, guest bedroom, study, main bath & master bedroom). He said that because of the nature of the walls, they wouldn't be "mirror" smooth, and I was totally okay with that. When I was ready to commit, he had a clear and concise contract which covered everything: prepping, using 2-3 coats of compound to repair walls & holes, primer, 2 coats of base primer, 2 coats of color, and 2 coats of ceiling paint. Well, during the process, he went above and beyond. To pick out colors, I went to his color consultant, Katie, and we developed a harmonious color palate for the entire house. During the entire project, he used his care, perfectionism, and professionalism to create practically mirror smooth walls. They're so beautiful I almost don't want to put up any pictures! They are their own work of art. And Rick would find areas he wanted to clean up that I didn't even know could look even better: he has an artist's eye. His entire crew was absolutely fantastic, and Rick definitely ensures that everything is up to his exacting standards. His nephew is just as precise and is developing his technique under Rick's tutelage. I also asked if Rick could help me with a few side projects, such as hanging up new blinds. Again, outside the scope, but he was willing to help, and I was more than willing to pay for the service. If you have a "handyman" question, Rick can help give advice and has a network of professionals who will make it happen. Overall, I could not be happier. It was such a joy to work with Rick and his team. His knowledge is incomparable, and he is a true artist & craftsman. Rick is completely dedicated to doing the absolute best, and his product reflects it. You want quality, you pay for quality, and I received QUALITY. Every penny I spent was a good investment. I will be going back to Rick in a heartbeat if I ever have another painting project!"
