He made numerous calls to my house to help set up this work which was a gift to my daughter and her new husband. "The job was done fine, and the final price was fair. There was a significant difference between the verbal estimate and the first written estimate, but after some negotiations, the issue was settled. Also when the contractor started the job, he discovered that he couldn't do the job as agreed. It was originally agreed to use paved stone pavers instead of replacing my flagstone. But the existing foundation did not allow this. In the end, the contractor did what I originally wanted; and that was to reset my old flagstone. He adjusted the price accordingly. I was very satisfied, and highly recommend this contractor."
