"This is now the third project we have used Chasco, Inc. for and we continue to be pleased with not only the pricing and collaboration but also the finished product. We just completed a first floor renovation of our laundry room and a playroom. The space is completely transformed and we have loved having the additional functional space for our kids. Both Mark and Al listened to our vision, and provided options that would fit into our budget. Once the quote came through, our project started within a week and we were completed within a month, even over the holidays. We are very happy with our experience!"

Exterior Home or Structure - Paint or Stain, Addition to Existing Structure, Bathroom Remodeling
"There are a lot of great things to say about Bill. First of all, he can do ANYTHING. Bill replaced siding, installed new plywood and Tyvec, painted my house and deck, built a new front porch, repaired and built new features on my back deck, eliminated rot, installed new gutters, re-insulated my basement, and even fixed a closet door in my house. He is a perfectionist and will treat your house like it is his own. Our house was in really rough shape before Bill came and now it looks stunning. We get compliments on it all the time. If you want someone that will do the job right, won't cut corners, and is a very nice person to work with - Bill is your guy."

You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
