"The work that was done entailed removal of existing exterior chimney pipe along with removal and replacement of the following: offset boot, storm collar, ice shield, flashing, roof shingles, and vinyl siding. The entire area was cleaned up and all debris removed upon completion. The repair men did a fantastic job and took the time to explain every part of the repair that was done. Also, when Igor came out and gave us the estimate he was knowledgeable and very thorough in diagnosing the issue and giving us a detailed plan for the repair work. The job was scheduled in a timely manner as was promised on the estimate. Igor also came out the day after the repair work was done and water tested the repair to ensure we would no longer have any water leaking into the house at that location."

"I cannot say enough good things about DeRisio. These guys are great. They completed a large renovation project in a very short time period (less than two weeks). The project included removing a load bearing wall, reframing interior walls, installing hardwood floors, refinishing existing floors, installing carpet, running cabling through walls, etc. They were punctual, friendly, and cleaned up every day. They offered suggestions for minor changes along the way, sought my input on decisions when appropriate, and did a fantastic job. "I called JEC Construction at 8am  this morning for water leaking in my living room ceiling. A crew arrived by 10am. The damage was assessed. They advised as to where the water was coming from and how the issue could be resolved. There was a problem with the flashing on my roof surrounding my chimney. The leak was caused by excess snow and ice build up from our recent bad weather. We agreed on the price and they got on the roof, removed the snow and ice from my entire roof and resealed the flashing around the chimney. Told me to call right away with any issues. No more leak. Fast and courteous.
