"I'm glad I filled out a questionnaire on the the Home Advisor or I wouldn't have learned about this great company. Marshall fixed a broken sash of the double-hung window in less than 30 minutes whereas other companies wanted to replace the whole window for at least 500 dollars (this was a quote over the phone w/o seeing the window, by the way, so it could be even more)!! He didnâ t take out the whole window. He just used a few screws, special tools, and a sealant. That's it! I'm glad to see that there are still professionals who can repair windows instead of trashing them just to make a quick and bigger buck. We were impressed with his work that we requested him to provide an estimate for another small project. Thank you!"

"Since this home is in historic Plaza Midwood he personally went to CHC meetings to get approval for remodeling changes.  This and handling inspectors was the most difficult part of this project.  Aside from that the remodeling went well.  The original flooring could not be saved so we added the same stained flooring over it and it looks spectacular. The new fireplace looks like it has been there forever and can heat the entire house. The craftsman trim and historic elements were all his design.  The colors of the rooms and the period doors really stand out.  He was involved in every aspect from plan and design to choosing tile and cabinetry.  The best part of this flip was that HGTV chose this house to feature in a show they are airing in the fall!  We only put the house on the market last week!

"I ordered the deal and within 3 days they were out here.  I ordered it Monday and they came on Wednesday.  There was a small fee of $10 for the drywall which was part of the deal.  It said that would be additional.   I would give everything about what he did an A.  He's actually not finished yet, he needs to come back.  He only put one coat on, so he's coming back next week.  So in terms of how the final project works I don't know how it's going to look until it's finished, but at this point everything seems to be an A.  He gave me a quote on some other projects.  Some painting projects and to put in a fan in, so those we'll probably do next month with him."
