"When our 30 month young refrigerator/freezer suddenly stopped working just before New Years day we went into a bit of a panic. We called 123 Appliance and Jimmy S was at our home the next day. Within 20 minutes he determined the main refrigerant system/compressor had died, and that a repair would cost $1200-1500; he advised us to have it repaired by the manufacturer since it was still under warranty. We had already logged a service call with the OEM but their earliest available appointment was 4 days. When the OEM tech finally did arrive he confirmed that Jimmy's assessment was spot on. It took almost 3 weeks total but we finally did get the unit repaired by the OEM, which was very difficult to work with. 123 Appliance is EXTREMELY easy to work with. The best way to contact them is to schedule a service call on their web site, and they will call you back in short order. Their base trip charge of $69 + tax is a bargain. (The OEM's trip charge is $110). I would not hesitate to call 123 Appliance in the future."
