"Our main water supply line started leaking on Thanksgiving. We called an initial plumber, who dug a little around the leak but could not find the source, and eventually gave up. We called a second plumber who also dug a bit, but then quoted us for a five figure price to dig a new supply line that involved tearing up our driveway. We then called Amen plumbing for another opinion, and are incredibly glad that we did. Within minutes of checking in our crawlspace, Chuck was able to diagnose and locate the leaking line, and replaced the whole line that day. "Jeremy assessed the problem and gave us a few scenarios with prices. Before jumping to the most expensive solution, he suggested replacing the toilet first (and explained why). When asked, he recommended an $89 toilet at Lowes and told us why - this alone saved money. When he came back 3 days later (to fit our schedule), he removed the toilet and looked in the lines, only to find a root/vines. But instead of jumping to the conclusion of a broken line, he investigated further to find the pipes weren't broken at all. After a quick clean out and installing the new toilet, he was done. It took only 2.5 hours. Jeremy was professional, friendly, and forthcoming with information. We would definitely call him again and easily recommend him."

"Overall the two leaky faucets were completed, but getting there was not as smooth as one would have hoped. The first visit led to only one faucet being repaired which then broke that night leaving the shower inoperable. Another technician was scheduled to repair the shower and review the second leaking bathroom, but no one showed up. I called in the next day and was told there was a scheduling error and that they would send someone out as soon as possible. This tech was able to fix the broken shower, but did not have time to fix the second and required yet another visit. After the next visit both showers were in good working order again, about a weeks time and $500 later (3 new cartridges). So like I said, the work was completed, but due to the lengthy process and relatively high cost of labor I would not recommend this company."
