"We contracted Express Sunrooms (Owner is Todd Ackerman) to build us a 12 X 16 screen room, including ceiling fan and light fixtures. This came with a lifetime guarantee. We had to extend the cement from our existing foundation. Todd used a subcontractor for the cement work which turned out to be a disaster (we were not able to communicate with them since they did NOT speak English). They got cement all over our siding and window screens, which all had to be replaced!! (not by us, of course). There were several issues with the screen room installation that needed to be addressed. Also, the roofer left a mess, which HE should have cleaned up, but Todd had that taken care of. We also had problems with the gutters (they were pitched towards the house, not away from the house, etc., which had to be redone). Finally, after FOUR reinstallations of the gutters and several other issues we've had since the original completion of this job, things now appear to be good. Honestly, this job has been nothing short of a nightmare! The owner of this company hardly ever came to the job site! Perhaps if he had, and made sure everyone was on the same page, we would have had less problems and not stress as much as consumers!! It is now almost ONE YEAR since this project began....and it took that long to have things corrected. ***I do want to point out that the contractors that worked on this screen room were very supportive and made sure we were satisfied***. I just hope there will not be any more issues. Overall, the screen room finally looks like what we expected."

"EXCELLENT craftsmanship. Super high quality work. Very communicative - never ghosted us or left us in the dark. Five stars on all of that!! The only reason I don't give 5 stars overall is the timeline. We were originally quoted 8-10 weeks for our screened porch and it took a lot longer. There were things out of his control that contributed to that, so we understood. And again, he kept us in the loop. He also built us a new shed during that time and that slowed down the progress of the porch as well. We loved Calvin and would be happy to have him do more work for us."

"I have used this Sales person, now the owner and the installers 4 times since 2010 to replace the original homes windows and doors with Pella fiberglass "Impervia" products. 60%-70% of the quality and efficiency is in the installation of the product and the overall warranty.
