He replaced old and loose vent equipment installing new material and made sure the connection was secure and dryer working properly. "Doug arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. Repair 99 worked with me via email in advance to diagnose the problem after I had done some of my own research to determine what was wrong. Based on that, Doug had the right relay control board with him when he arrived. After pulling the oven out of the cabinet, he was able to quickly confirm the diagnosis and then he removed and replaced the relay board with the new part. The oven was working and reinstalled within one hour. I will definitely hire Repair 99 again."

One referred me to Master Appliance Repair because he was booed solid for several days. I called and Paul, the owner, said he could be at my house the same afternoon. The tech came and replaced the valve in my 8-year old dishwasher. The dishwasher did not work after the new valve and we called Paul. He came late the same day after 5:00 and unhooked the stopper which had been lodged out of place--no charge. Paul was GREAT. He is responsive and knows appliances well--even picked his brain for a new refrigerator we plan on getting.
