We turned off the main water pipe and called them as soon as they re-opened after the holiday. They came the next morning, which was wonderful, and were able to fix it that day. It was Billy and Howie who did the work. They were very skilled and professional. Plus, they were both really nice, sociable guys. They paid a lot of attention to where we thought the leak originated and then tested it. They checked with us on our preferred spots for the wall holes in their search for the leak. They did a great job cleaning up the plaster, and protecting the floor from additional leaks. We were very happy with their prompt, efficient and friendly work. We will definitely use them again"

They were onsite within three hours of that call, quickly got my furnace started in sub zero temps and made a recommendation to replace the furnace. They furnished two competitive quotes. I had to request a written invoice of the services rendered. They have room for some improvement with regards to follow thru service, but I am satisfied with the repair and the cost of that repair."

Tony was very busy but upon understanding my predicament came to my home ahead of a project he was involved in and was here the next morning and efficiently repaired it and only charged fifteen over quote as a different pipe was needed than how I had described it on the phone and he had to go and get it at a warehouse - only charged me the difference in price not for the extra trip to get it.
