"We had 3 companies come out to bid our home exterior project. We are very happy we went with Capital to replace our roof, siding and windows. Jeff and Danny were great to work with. They took a lot of time with us at the initial meeting to answer all our questions and give us suggestions for our work. They kept us updated throughout the project as materials were delivered and when the different crews would be working on our house. The roofing crew was very efficient and hard working. Bryan the window installer was outstanding. We were very impressed with his high-quality work and attention to detail. John, Tony, and the rest of the siding crew were also fantastic. "We had storm damage on our 1950's rambler--the roof/gutters/siding all needed to be replaced. This was complicated when lead was found in the paint of our redwood siding. We had several contractors come out, assess the damage and then never responded again. When Rick's came out to give us a quote, they were on time, gave us a fair, clear quote and met with our insurance adjuster to make sure the adjuster understood the complexity of the project and the potential cost. Without Rick going to bat for us with the adjuster, we could never had afforded to get our house properly fixed. After they started putting on the siding, our foreman (Craig) noticed some imperfections in the materials. These were small imperfections and something I noticed but didn't think twice about until he called it out. Another company might have continued with the job and waited to see if the customer said anything, but Craig and Curt stopped work right away, ordered new product, explained to me what was happening, and gave me an adjusted timeline for completion once the new siding arrived. The end product is fantastic and our 100+ year old house is revitalized. We spent over a year talking to TCSP about our project and I met with Rob (sales) multiple times.
