Did a 2nd coat of paint because they thought it was needed. Used a circular scrubber on the concrete as well as power washing. Amazing results. No mess when they left. He took a jack and jill bathroom and turned it into a beautiful handicap accessible bathroom and a powder room. 3. Total roof replacement, code compliant. He even installed a new metal roof. 4. Jim & his son are horrible business owners, & needs to be shut down. Will not recommend them. Ask me for pictures, I can show you the BS work that they do."
