When it was first completed, the workmanship was very poor. We contacted Travis, and to his credit, he did make it right by purchasing and painting a new mantle. However, this did add additional time to the project. Lastly, while Travis appears to do good work, we did not see him on-site very often. The two workers he had did not seem experienced "
