"A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! We went on Angie's List and found The Pond Doctor and read the reviews. We contacted Mark King, the owner, and described the work we would like done and sent him pictures of our garden pond. Mark responded right away and explained the steps needed to clean the pond and outlined what his company would do and he then provided us a cost estimate. We felt comfortable with selecting The Pond Doctor and Mark placed us on his work schedule and a few days later Jeremiah, the foreman, and his crew arrived. "I'd previously asked Backyard Ponds to clean and net my ponds the last week in September. I called the Friday before to find out when they could come, and they agreed to send their workers on Monday. They team arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional I walked them through what I wanted them to do. It was a complicated job; there were three ponds, and each pond required different care. The team went to work right away. They spent most of the day on the effort, breaking only for lunch. When they were done, I inspected the ponds. The only thing I had to ask them to do was put a net over the waterfall on one of the ponds. The fish they handled were in good condition after the cleaning. The workers left no debris on the job site. The company sent the bill in a timely manner, listing labor and materials so I would understand the charges. I would happily use them again!"

"Ms. Jennifer and her partner Ms, Hillary have been in business together 19 yrs exclusively installing repairing and aiding pond owners. To date, Backyard Ponds is the only one who ever contacted us back from our 3-25-15 Home Advisors inquiry. McHale who put original pond in for the seller eventually called us back (within week) leaving message they "are booked until the end of May call someone else if we couldn't wait or call back to get on June schedule". Although her team was all out on a big job site on 3-25-15, Ms. Jennifer immediately gave us a detailed list to troubleshoot problem report back to her giving us her personal cell/house# instructing us to go to her house someone would give us the supplies (we didn't have know of) to save the fish in our make shift holding tub. Ms. Sandra the manager awaited us gave us the critical needed "dechlorinator" with easy instructions gave us a mini crash course as newfound Koi owners the full tour and history leaving us further assured we/fish/pond all in good hands. Ms. Jennifer was most accommodating to our unusual availability showed promptly listened intently and presented numerous options to accommodate all budgets scenarios. We are prioritizing projects as newfound home/pond owners, but highly would recommend her and her team!"

"Brian and Cindy are a 1-2 punch that literally had me jumping for joy.  I was incredibly nervous about re-doing our entire front yard in one large project with a company I had never hired before.  They were recommended by a neighbor who has used them over the last five years on two separate houses, so I had some knowledge of their final product, but I was absolutely thrilled with the results and surprised by how easy they made the whole process from beginning to end.  I'm a project manager for a living, so I have a tendency to be a "tough customer."  Beyond the impeccable customer service: multiple site visits, phone calls, texts, drawings, and both being on-site and hands-on during the actual installation, their prices beat out 4 (highly reputable) local competitors.    I never felt nickle-and-dimed.  In fact, quite the opposite.  They made last-minute adjustments when I made special requests at no additional charge.  He even treated my lawn and cut my grass when our normal maintenance folks didn't show up (needless to say, I'm now exploring a maintenance contract with Salt Creek Gardens).  In less than a week, several neighbors have stopped by to ask who did the work, and despite torrential downpours, the french drain is keeping the lawn from having its usual pools of standing water.  Brian was able to work with a long-time associate to negotiate a better deal for me on some large tree removal.  Between the tree removal, solving my water problem, designing and installing 3 new beds, and re-gravling my front, Salt Creek Gardens ended up being the perfect one-stop-shop for all my landscaping needs.  I definitely will use them again when it comes time to re-pave my front walk and re-do the back yard.
