When Steve was on site, he only needed a few minutes to diagnose the opener--it was dead and had to be replaced. He also gave a quick quote on the costs involved with removing and then reinstalling the existing garage (he indicated that a new door and railing was not needed). From that point forward, everything was a breeze. Steve was responsive to all communications / questions, performed quality work, and helped make sure to stick around to explain how our new garage door opener worked.
