I then called back and had another person answer. She was unable to connect me with anyone (manager) as they never answer her call. Then I called the salesperson who came to our home. He contacted someone and they came to measure for doors in a few days. Every person that I had direct contact with were pleasant and knowledgeable. Phone operators were also pleasant, but useless to us when they are ignored by company representatives."
