"Our furnace motor was making a loud noise, and Chris Suttles came by and diagnosed the problem shortly after I called. He fixed the problem that afternoon, and the furnace is now quieter than it's ever been. I asked him to come by the next week and give the furnace a tune-up and clean the heating ducts. When Chris opened one of the supply ducts, he found the inside of the ducts had a sticky, oil-like coating. I decided to replace the ductwork, and he replaced all of the ductwork in 2 days. The air coming out of our vents is now cleaner, warmer, and stronger."

"The bathroom, closet and hallway are exactly as we pictured it to be. Brian has been professional, transparent and skillful the entire project. We still need the bronze finished shower surround, sink faucets and p-traps installed, but he installed fixtures to make the bathroom fully functional as quickly as he could. The finishes are simply for esthetics. We painted everything and finished out the hallway with refurbished cabinets and finished the closet with shelving, so those are DIY. Forgive any flubs there. But Brian did all of the construction up to the flooring, sheetrock and trim being installed. We love it! The upgrades made us feel at home."

Their work shows experience and will stand up with any contractors. They installed the floor, backsplash, a new microwave and under cabinet lighting as well as a ceiling light. We also re-faced our oak cabinets and it was sub-contracted out by Poff's Cabinetry in Martinsville VA and I highly recommend them as well!! They arrived on time exactly as promised and worked efficiently and with care getting everything done quickly and at the price promised. "They did not arrive until after 12pm every day. We have young kids and asked that they be gone by 5pm everyday for dinner and bedtime routines. Their showing up at 12pm, meant they had to either work past 5pm, or come back for longer. The job took 5 days. On the second to last day they did not leave our house until almost midnight. They drank our beer in garage (which we didn’t realize until we saw cans sitting all over the place), took multiple smoke and phone breaks and just sat out there for long periods of time. Our house was left a complete mess which required me to spend hours removing glue from the wood floors, door handles, and bathroom sink. They left glue buckets and other trash all over the garage. Debris was everywhere in our home as they did not to prevent this (dust from sawing, etc.). He ended up redoing the first room he did, at our request because they just floated the wood and it was terrible (not their fault). At the time of discussion he said he didn’t want to charge us anymore. We took this to mean there would be no charge. The night before the job ended my husband gave them a check for the agreed upon amount. He then emailed and texted me (the wife) the next day, saying my husband “forgot” to pay him the $250 for pulling up the floor and glueing it. We went back and forth multiple times discussing the fact that he did not “forget” and that Chad has never clearly expressed to us that there would be additional costs for this. Especially considering all the cleanup WE had to do All in all the floors look good. The quarter round on the walls not so much. It’s not fully nailed down in all areas, there are splintered ends, and it just looks like a quick halfass job. We are happy our floors are done, but would not use their service again:"
