"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"The project started as replacement of damaged front porch wooden railings and posts with vinyl covered railings and posts. After looking at the rest of the work that needed doing and talking to Nilson at DNS Construction we opted for a complete strip down and rebuild of a large and a small porch. It was the best decision made. The quote was reasonable and the workmanship was outstanding. They installed trex decking and stairs, vinyl clad railings and posts and azek trim with vinyl lattice. The crew was meticulous on details and great to deal with. I now have curb appeal I'm proud of and upkeep is basically just hosing it down. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone needing porch/deck work. Originally I was just going to change over the front porch railings and post from wood to vinyl clad..
