Words cannot express how thrilled I am with the entire roofing project completed by Rhino Back Roofing. I am a VERY particular decision maker when I hire a company to do projects of this magnitude and Rhino Back Roofing came thru with Flying Colors. From day 1, they were extremely polite and professional. Guided me through the process of putting forth an insurance claim and was with me step by step to get everything approved. Once approved, I was guided through the various steps of making a shingle style and color selection and any other options I was being offered. Even after I made my choices, I decided to change my mind on a few items and without ANY hesitation on their part, they agreed with my final decisions, accepted them and encouraged me that I would be extremely happy with the end result, and I am 1000%!!! 2 days before the installation, all materials were delivered and placed on my property perfectly. The day of the install, a team of 9 installers and 2 site managers arrived and walked me thru every detail to make sure I completely understood exactly what was going to transpire and once again, they professionally answered any questions I had. One site manager remained throughout the entire installation to make sure everything went seamlessly, and it did. The entire install for our home took 2.5 days without ANY issues or problems whatsoever. 4600 square foot home with steep roof lines. At the end of the project, the entire team cleaned our property perfectly, with great detail and it looked like no one was even here. Our house looked absolutely AMAZING when they were finished!!! We couldn't be happier. And finally, 2 days later, their final step is to send someone to do one last fine-tooth clean up just to be 100% sure everything they could find, such as one remaining nail or piece of paper was removed and thrown away. HONESTLY, I could not be happier with the entire working relationship with Rhino Back Roofing...they are wonderful to work with, honest, extremely helpful, very customer service oriented and will jump thru hoops to make the customer as comfortable as possible with projects such as replacing one's roof. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."
