The sales rep was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the product and roofing process. He was not pushy or aggressive and did a great job explaining the quality of the productâ ¦so much so that the product sells itself. Work began within a week of signing the contract. The construction crew showed up early in the morning and worked efficiently and skillfully for several hours removing the old roof and installing the new roof. They were finished by 3 and were meticulous with clean up. The roof is a 50 year roof and moss and lichen will not grow on it. I will no longer need to go on the roof to treat for moss and lichenâ ¦.and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend A1 Home Improvement. The SHP billing approach was clear so there were never any surprises. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonably the project ended up costing. Observing Jeremy and the SHP teamwork was amazing. I have never seen such a talented, dedicated, caring, and creating team. They worked with amazing efficiency and effectiveness. I can attest, based on other projects we have taken on, this project would have taken much longer than the five short weeks (including Christmas and below freezing temperatures) this took. The quality of their work was remarkable and the pride in their workmanship was always evident. The extra touches he included in the project and the counsel he provided gave us 100% confidence that he would do what was right and that he, and SHP, would go above and beyond. The house is beautiful, and Jeremy and SHP will always hold a place in our hearts. They are an absolute gift, and they are now considered part of our family. I did not know Jeremy before this project, but I now count him as a friend.
