Our roof had a small leak so he accessed my roof and noticed a lot of hail damage. At that Point he talked me through how to file a claim with my insurance company . Once the adjuster scheduled an appt to come out , Nick met with him and they both figured out what needed to be replaced. We received an insurance check shortly after that and Nick scheduled his crew. They were fast , professional and installed an excellent roof. It was a very easy painless operation. "We needed a very large window 4x6 replaced that was about 10 feet off the floor in a stack of windows facing the Lake.After contacting several window replacement company in the area none of them were interested in taking a look at it or giving us an estimate.My husband gave Southern Kentucky Home Pros. a call.They came out the day and time they said they would gave us a fair estimate and returned to do the installation as soon as the window was ready.The installers were very professional,always on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do.I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants a job done right."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
