Get matched with top brick and stone flatwork repair pros in Rocky Mount, NC

"Nicolas and his crew were wonderful to work with and did an amazing job, we are extremely pleased with how this project turned out. Yes, it takes awhile to get on his schedule - because he is in demand. Yes, it seems expensive - but not when considering the amount of work performed, the specific skills involved, the weather conditions, and the cost of supplies and labor. Nicolas and his team helped change my do-it-yourself brick pathway that tree roots had upheaved and which drained toward our deck, into a professional looking walkway with proper drainage. They removed and reused the bricks to create level and more functional storage areas. They put another pathway and stone steps into the slope down to the patio, which is now also finished with pavers. Nicolas was attentive to details and added requests, and guarantees their work and that you will be happy with it. We would recommend them and use them again without hesitation."

"They provided me with outstanding customer service. Friendly and very helpful. Explained everything that would need to be done to repair my stone steps and then showed up exactly when they told me that they would and completed the project in a timely manner. I’m so pleased that I’m searching for other projects that need to be done🤗"

"Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with.
We had kind of an unusual project, but they jumped right in and handled it beautifully.  The project was set back by problems on the supply end (not the fault of Brick Solutions, but rather of Lowe's, who sold us a broken window) and Joe took it in stride.  He just moved us around in his schedule and everything worked.  (We were able to be somewhat flexible, which helped.)
When problems came up (again, with Lowe's), he returned text messages within minutes and gave me the confidence to move ahead in his absence.
As the project progressed, we asked Joe to do other related tasks (like our steps and eaves), which he was happy to do at a very fair price.
The only drawback was that Joe & Co. don't  do any interior work, so we had to hire other contractors to finish this rather large project.  Not a big deal, but we would've been perfectly happy to hire Brick Solutions to do everything!

"Brian and his company reached out to me after a few hours of submitting my request. We had a face to face site visit the next day, they assessed the situation and gave me a very fair price. The next week, the driveway was repaired. They even sent me pictures of their progress of the job. Keep up the good work!"

"Frank helped me decide where to hang my tv in both my living room and bedroom! Will definitely be sending friends his way!"

"If you want a contractor who will pay attention to problems/defects from previous repairs (or original construction), bring these to your attention and correct the problem, then Cyril is the guy for you.
Was the final cost higher than the estimate?  Yes, but only because he discovered problems with the original construction to my attention and provided suggestions to resolve.  When you find that the posts that hold up a deck 20+ feet high are sitting on dirt or a scrap of 2x10 with no concrete support, that's something I want to know and fix.  The final cost was reasonable, given the extra work I authorized Cyril to complete in order to ensure the safety of my family and guest.  Cyril always let me know what he had found, including pictures to document (I wasn't on site) and didn't perform extra work without permission.
I think he did a fabulous job.  We are very pleased with the work and the finished result.
I will definitely use Cyril again.
