"My air ducts had never been cleaned, my house was built in the 1950's & my house was so dusty all the time. I would clean & dust & the next day it would look like I hadn't dusted in a week. No exaggeration!  After they left my house from cleaning the ducts,  I cleaned my house and 4 days later, my furniture does not look dusty like it did.

He promptly told me he recommends every 10 years unless something happens like a furnace goes bad and makes a mess through the duct system. "The inspection went very well. The technician called to inquire if he could come early and I agreed that would work for me. The technician was very professional and courteous. He found that our system was in good shape and not in need of any repair. We plan on scheduling them to come in the fall to inspect the system before old man winter comes calling. I also noted on their website that they provide duct cleaning services and we plan to schedule Johnston Heating and Cooling to perform that service for us as well."

"They completed the heat pump installation work but did not come back to install a new filter rack system. I have contacted Mr Tilley three times for him to schedule the work. He came to my house but after two weeks no work has been scheduled. I am disabled and cannot change the filter without a great deal of discomfort, so I really need the work done. Update: The service took about an hour to complete."

"Our furnace motor was making a loud noise, and Chris Suttles came by and diagnosed the problem shortly after I called. He fixed the problem that afternoon, and the furnace is now quieter than it's ever been. I asked him to come by the next week and give the furnace a tune-up and clean the heating ducts. When Chris opened one of the supply ducts, he found the inside of the ducts had a sticky, oil-like coating. I decided to replace the ductwork, and he replaced all of the ductwork in 2 days. The air coming out of our vents is now cleaner, warmer, and stronger."
