He had to cut into drywall on the lower level to trace the source of the leak using a camera. Before he cut into the drywall, he called me from the property to make sure it was okay to do so. My tenants also report that he was professional and respectful of their home while he was there. I was pleasantly surprised that the total bill was only $200. Roto-Rooter will now be my go-to plumbers if any more issues arise at this rental property.
