He has divided a room into two for me, replaced windows and doors, built railings and installed grab bars, put in a beautiful kitchen backsplash, installed bathroom mirror/light fixtures, and repaired drywall and trim. Painting is next on the list! He is extremely professional and responsive and I feel like I have a true partner in my home renovations. As a bonus, he is also reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!"

"Mike did a bunch of "handyman" jobs for me about a month ago, and I was absolutley pleased with his price, workmanship, punctuality, and professionalism. So when I discovered a toilet leak, I called Mike, as my house is currently for sale, and I couldn't risk damage to the ceiling in the room below the bathroom. Mike came 2 days later, on a Saturday, and replaced the wax ring. You can't even get a plumbing company to send someone out on a Saturday unless you want to pay a king's ransom! I recently painted the bathroom but couldn't get to the space behind the toilet tank. So while the toilet was moved out from the wall, I brought him the paint he painted the area behind the tank. And he was done in 45 minutes, no mess left behind, and he only charged me his hourly rate. Mike does everything - construction, landscaping, major and minor home repairs - you name it, he does it! This guy is a wealth of knowledge and skill for any homeowner!!"

While working with an electrician doing repairs we needed for a closing we mentioned to him (see my review for Enquist Enterprises Inc) we needed plumbing work. Justin immediately called them and ask them to come out then since we were there. In no time they showed up (and even though the house was vacant, they left their shoes at the door) and completed the needed items done quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable price. They would be ones I sure would call in an emergency!!

"On a prior occassion I had handy hands install some plumbing in a rental house.  This went very well so I hired him to do some small jobs at my house. 
1.  fix rattle in attic fan....  outcome it still rattles
2 put new motion sensor on outdoor lights  ... accomplished this
3. measure for new shutter and window pane. ... got accurate measurements
4. replace light switches in kitchen.  he worked for approximately 3 hours on this and was not able to get the job done.  possibly my wiring, however he said he would not charge me for this time,
5.  changed out my flood lights... accomplished this task
he was at my house for 6 hours and charged me for the entire 6 hours according to a previously stated rate that he had given me.  He states he does electrical however I am not convinced and would have thought that after an hour of fiddling with these switches he would of admitted he didn't know how.

"Morris came out to our house and gave me an estimate for putting a gate on our deck, repairing and painting a damaged area around our front door and installing a vent to the outside in our bathroom. He answered the phone when I called and was able to come out and take a look the next day. He was very professional. He wrote down all the details and was careful to take measurements and determine what kind of paint we would need. He gave me an estimate that I deemed very reasonable. He scheduled the time to come and do the work and brought a helper with him. They worked very quickly and carefully.
