We have relied on Shumaker Roofing Company since 2008 when they replaced our roof with Certain Teed Hatteras shingles, a vast improvement over the original shingles. As with any large project, some areas needed to be revisited and addressed. Follow up is an important measure of a company, and the Shumaker team quickly returned resolving our concerns. Our concern became their concern, and it showed by their dedication and assurance that the project would be completed to our satisfaction, which it was. Recently our electrical meter separated from the exterior wall due to a construction contractor neglecting to place sealant around the meter. This allowed water to enter behind the unit and eventually compromised the anchor bolts. Bob Schisler, President of Shumaker, came by and personally repaired the flaw (of course an electrician is required to reattach the meter). We felt relieved when Bob arrived, because we knew our problem was in the best of hands. And we really feel the same way with any of the Shumaker team.
