Second leak, the subcontractor refused to come back. Both times I called a real plumbing company to fix leaks, which was more expense on me, for mistakes the contractor was responsible for. It was a small partial bath remodel, new vanity countertop, sink and faucet, new toilet, and all cabinetry repainted along with window frame. I am sure he had much larger jobs, but not a good excuse. Do not believe his 3 Year Warranty. The guy that was in charge of doing the counters came 3 times to measure and would not send plumber. the first thing they did was install a toilet which i he stored until it was ready to install. When they got ready to install the sink and installed the sink backwards. They got this corrected but created leaks in the plumbing. I texted to let them know there were leaks and the washers were not installed."

"This company was one of 5 over two days that came and inspected my roof and gave an estimate for repairs. This company was the only one that took the time and trouble to inspect the situation from the attic as well as the roof. Very thorough and very clear on the repairs that he recommended and reasons for them. The estimate was not the cheapest but for the work proposed, i felt it was fair. I was able to schedule the work done within one week. I was given the date and time of the repair men and they arrived as scheduled. They went right to work and I could see that they were in the right area and the materials they took up to the roof. These gentlemen were done with the removal of the shingles, replacement of the vent with a metal vent and reshingling with new near matching shingles and any other necessary work in just over two hours. They also kindly blew out the gutter debris on that side of the roof. They left no mess except maybe some of that gutter debris. It rained again soon after with no further leakage; YAY!"

The two Duraplex roofers showed up on time as expected, to repair a roof valley which had been leaking during heavy ice/snow buildup last winter.  Upon removing the shingles in the roof valley, the roofers placed a rain/ice barrier along the entire length of the valley, before nailing down new GAF shingles. The roofers also discovered a vent pipe that had flashing installed incorrectly, which they corrected - at no extra charge to me.

Upon finishing up with the valley repair, Duraplex also had the roofers caulk several nails that were exposed on other sections of the roof, which he had identified as potential future sources for leaks, during the initial examination of the roof condition.

Overall, I was impressed with the professionalism of the team that Duraplex used to make the repairs on may roof, and the fact that Duraplex did not charge me extra when the roof repair took more squares of GAF shingles than what he originally estimated for the repair.

I would highly recommend this company for any roof repair work or full roof replacements you may need!
