We did have a minor leakage problem with the first rain, but we called and they were back here within a couple of days to fix the problem and we have had no leakage since. The company that did our original waterproofing has left Kentucky and our "lifetime" transferable warranty is now void, so having been burned once we were a bit leery, but they proved to be a very reliable company. "Do not hire this company. The'll sell you on a lifetime warranty for their work, but they won't tell you they actually will not honor these warranties at all & they will dodge every call & email you send for weeks and weeks. If they do answer, they will tell you their work is fine. My house is featured on their website as a case study for their foundation work. My wall is now cracking where they made their repairs. The work CSI did cost $26k. I've since had an independent structural engineer come to our home & a couple of other foundation companies who told me these cracks should be fixed under CSI's lifetime warranty. CSI is ignoring my emails and calls. If you look at other Google reviews and the comments on their BBB page, you'll see I am not the only one having these issues. If you're experiencing foundation issues, you're likely already stressed about the cost & stability of your home. Do not work with CSI. They'll only exponentially increase your stress & ultimate cost."
