"There was a long delay (several months, all told) to get the work done, thanks to the rush of pandemic home improvement projects. But I appreciated that the staff from McCann were communicative and did their best to estimate when things would be done. When I got the call that my custom doors had finally arrived, they were able to install next day! Which was great timing as it was installed just before a long cold snap. The new door and storm door are great - so well sealed that not only are there no drafts, but there's so much less noise coming in from the street. The installers were polite and respectful and did a great job, including matching the color of the interior caulking to the tile floor in our entryway perfectly. My only complaint is the interior framing was a little dirty and banged up, though they provided touchup paint that I used to clean it up."

"I, as well as my roof and soffits, were in a sorry state. For approximately 2 months I had been trying to get an idea of what the problems were that had led to my soffits rotting out and detaching from their underlying structures. I had gotten several opinions from several different (allegedly highly regarded) roofers, and their analyses all seemed either half-baked or entirely absent. Most times, the prospective team leaders failed to even climb up on the roof to inspect the roof for possible causes of the roof’s dysfunction. My spouse found Thomas at BUK Roofing thru Angie’s List and I called. Thomas was enthusiastic, straightforward, energetic, smart, and dependable. He went up on the roof and wrote up an analysis that made sense. He then proposed a solution that made sense. Perhaps most importantly, he returned calls and followed through with 100% compliance (as to what he had previously said he would do). It was a pleasure having his team do the job.
