"We had been told by another company the unit needed to be replaced. Shoals did a diagnostic and completed the work for 1/10th of the other estimated cost. They were fast, courteous, on time, and professional. I was having this work done for a family member who is in the hospital. I believe the other company was trying to take advantage.
